Add the ability to charge interest on overdue invoices

Charging interest was very easy to set up when I used PCLaw with the desktop version of Amicus and it encouraged timely payment of invoices.

Also need to be able to see the total due on an invoice when the trust account balance is deducted (paid) on an invoice but there's a balance remaining. It's ridiculous that a client must take the "Total New Charges" then go to the bottom "trust ledger" section and deduct the "paid from trust" amount to figure out what is due on the new invoice!

I really need to be able to add interest on client billing with past due balances. This is a large part of our firm.
