Ability to Create Invoice and Receive Payment in One Step

As I understand how the system works now, I need to create a time entry, then create an invoice for the time entry and then I'm able to receive payment. This will work well when I'm receiving up-front retainers from new clients or billing clients for flat-fee services (there are other uses I'm sure).

We do family law mediations, and it is a one-time payment for these people. Be nice to have a set Invoice format for a mediation to post a payment to. Complicated, I guess.

I do a lot of flat billing so this would be great.
