Allow administrator to set billing rates for all users
It would be better for the administrator to set the billing rates for all users. Currently, the administrator can only create the billing label, and each user is required to enter their own billing rate under their own sign-in. Attorneys sometimes forget to enter their own rates and complain why their billing has no value.

Cynthia Jonesat this point, I log in to billing users files and update the information or take them through the steps to do it themselves. It would be WAY easier to let the administrator handle this.
