Nooooo! Gotta keep the flexibility for those who use outside programs.

Yesssss! "Self-contained" can be optional and doesn't have to block using outside programs.

This is a must in my opinion. Make it optional for those who want to continue to use outside programs for the back office. I almost switched to a competitor for this very reason. For me, the hit and miss interface with my accounting program causes me to get frustrated each month around billing time.
