Add the ability to text clients directly from AO

An overwhelming majority of my clients find the portal cumbersome and don't use it. So making appointments visible through the portal is useless. It would be great to be able to text them through AO and have it attach to their file. Same ability from Mobile App.

Oh, that would be awesome so that the text to AND FROM the client can be saved to the file. My clients like texting but we want to save it to their file. It has become the new email.

My only question would be how this text would appear for the client. Does the client need to be signed in to their Client Portal to get the messages, or would it show up on their phones? If in the Portal, most clients are not going to stay signed in for that. If on their phones, that doesn't work for corporate clients.
