Select multiple items for single, bulk time entry

I want to select 5 emails or 5 documents, etc., and do one time entry that is tied to all of those items.

This would be very helpful and time-saving in many ways. One example is that, currently, unless we do a time entry for *each email*, that email does not show a time entry associated with it, leaving doubt as to whether that time was captured (e.g. it could have been captured by a different time entry somewhere).

I have been wanting this for a long time. I have tried to find a way to do it in the current system, but to no avail. This would greatly increase time entry efficiency where you have a string of emails that you want to select and create a singular time entry for all associated emails.
