Set default calendar view / remember last calendar view

Let me set a preference for a default calendar view because if typically like to view the week at a glance and I don't want to have to manually change from the day view. More simply just remember my last calendar view (the next time I re-open it).

ADMIN: Amicus Online now remembers your previously selected calendar view between sessions. So for example, if you've been on the week view and you log out, the next time you log back in and click on the Calendar, you will see that same week view.
