Adding Different Contacts From The Same Organization
Every time I have to add a new solicitor or prosecutor or probation officer, I have to re-enter all of their business contact info, which is exactly the same business name, address and main telephone numbers as all of their co-workers. So to avoid this, how about a button in the contact window like "add co-worker" or "add new contact from this organization" which would open the new contact window, but carry over the business name, business address and business main telephone number from the active contact window already open?

Glen TschirgiHave the same frustration but there's a fairly easy workaround if you use Microsoft Outlook and have it synced to Amicus. You can use the 'new contact in same organization' option in Outlook contacts. It will sync up in Amicus nicely. (If you don't use Outlook, you might think about adding it. Office 365 is a good deal considering all the other programs that come along with it and, while Amicus has improved its native email module quite a bit over the last couple years, Outlook is better.

J. Eric Holloway MergedAt times, I have multiple people as contacts from the same company.
When I create a new contact and enter a person's employer or company, the information connected with that company (address, website, etc.) should self-populate in the rest of the contact form for the new person. -

John Steakley MergedCan you create an additional "add" feature for contacts for adding new people from the same organization? The function would be to create a new contact with the same business information (phones, fax, mailing address, etc) as the active contact, but with the name and personal information (mobile phone, home address, etc) blank. It is similar to copying a contact, except not all fields would be copied.
